FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
A 10th grader at Frisco High School in Frisco, TX, is the Founder of The Youth Path Foundation and a passionate advocate for youth-led service initiatives. He is primarily responsible for raising funds, coordinating volunteers, and developing programs that sustain the Center for Medical Genetics and create meaningful community impact. Jayan leads by example, inspiring other young people to discover the power of serving and leading.

Madhavan
CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Madhavan graduated from the University of Michigan in 2025 with a Bachelor\\\\\\\'s in Neuroscience. He is receiving hands-on training under Dr. V.G. Dev at Genetics Associates, Nashville, TN. At the Youth Path Foundation, Madhavan provides DNA and genetics-related technical support to the Center for Medical Genetics, drives innovation, and helps introduce new diagnostic methods to expand the lab\\\\\\\'s impact for underprivileged children and families.
